We are enjoying welcoming local schools for ‘Staycations’ at Chateau Vermont this summer, as many schools had their regular yearly off-island trips to France and the UK cancelled this year because of Covid-19. This week La Moye Primary have enjoyed beach activities at St Ouen’s Bay followed by Sports Bug at Chateau Vermont, with after-dinner Storytime sessions on Jersey myths and legends brought to life by local storyteller Paul Journeaux. Great fun! We look forward to welcoming D’Auvergne Primary School for their ‘Staycation’ shortly.
